Music is taught across the school using the Charanga resources. The children in years 3 and 4 are taught to play the Violin by the Sound Hub support service. The requirements of the National Curriculum are being met and provision is mapped across the school to ensure continuity and progression. Outside of Music lessons some children have the opportunity to learn to play the keyboard guitar and clarinet.  This year the school has taken part in the BBC Ten Pieces programme and secured funding for outside instruments, this includes: chime bars, cow bells a glockenspiel and a turtle drum.
